PROFILE AND RESEARCH INTEREST  

Isaac Adjei Mensah is a Statistician, faculty member (Lecturer) at the Department of Public Administration (Law School, Shantou University) and a former Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship at Shantou University (School of Public Health and the School of Mathematics and Computer Science). His research focuses primarily on applying statistics and econometrics to address practical problems in multidisciplinary settings, including energy, health and environment. His research interests encompass the application of panel data econometric modeling to the analysis of environmental, energy, and health-related issues. Dr. Mensah has collaborated extensively with colleagues across research and supervision activities. He has an extensive portfolio of scholarly works comprising over 40 publications that have collectively garnered more than 4,000 citations, reflecting the broad impact of his empirical findings on the academic community. He serves as a certified reviewer for multiple journals published by Elsevier,Springer,MDPI,Taylor and Francis,and Wiley. Dr.Mensah’s work has been widely recognized and cited by peers,underscoring his influence in the academic community. His dedication to research and teaching continues to advance the field of applied statistics, particularly in the areas of energy,health,and environmental applications.
